New York City, You're So Pretty

Last weekend we took the bus to NYC with our good friends Chelsi and Eric. The bus ride was only about four hours and it took us straight into Times Square. We had a fantastic time. Dan has family in Brooklyn and they were kind enough to let us stay with them. We walked and walked and walked and walked and walked AND walked like good little pioneer children. AND Chelsi is six months pregnant.

Here are some pictures of the awesomeness. I wish I could put a slideshow on here, but I'm not advanced enough to do that yet. I bet Aimee would know how. Aim?

Lisa, you are so funny! I've seen a few people use slide.com. I don't know much about it but I'm sure it can't be hard to figure out. Check it out and let me know.

Looks like NYC was super fun. Scott still hasn't gotten his feet on that wonderful city. I love that place and have always wished I could live there for a season or a year maybe. No longer but a little while would be a dream for me.

I am happy to see you are guys are taking advantage of the cheap bus fares on the east coast. They have the cheap bus from DC to NY and me and my friend went up once while I was there. Ahh..... love the east coast. So much to do! We must come in the spring!

Lisa, that looks so fun! Those pictures are so awesome, especially the sunset ones. Did you see Matt Lauer while you were there? I have a little crush on him.

Sa Sa,

I've spent the last hour or so reviewing your posts from April until November. And may I say I'm laughing aloud? I've never read the Babysitters Club (BSC) -- I was always a little more fond of the "Choose Your Own Mystery" series -- but I simply must pick up a copy next time I'm at the East Millcreek Library. Surely they're still in print. Other highlights: I enjoyed all your adventures through photos (New York, Warren-Wilson College, Washington DC, etc). Did you ever get a little basket for your bike? I enjoyed your Innocence Mission Rationale and thank you for introducing me to that great band. Innocence Mission Rocks. I'm glad the vote to come to SLC for Christmas prevailed. We're so stoked. No, seriously.

P.S. I haven't seen you in a while, and may I say you look STUNNING in these photos you posted of yourself using Dan's new program?

This looks WAY fun. And I am WAY jealous. You guys must be FUN people.

Did you take the Chinatown-to-Chinatown express, by chance? That's always a treat. :)
